OUR COMPANY

Prior Projects & Renos is a family owned and operated construction company offering a wide range of renovation services from new builds and additions to interior remodels and outdoor stonescaping. We are based locally in Mildmay, Ontario and proudly serve all of Grey, Bruce, Huron and Perth counties.

With humble beginnings in 2019, owner Taylor Prior began as an independent contractor with an eye for detail, taking a leap of faith and starting a small business. Since then, PPR has grown quickly into a thriving small construction company employing several skilled tradespeople.

Even with our growth, our attention to detail and quality service from concept to completion has remained a cornerstone of our company, and we strive to complete projects big and small to the highest standard. At PPR, we understand that every renovation project requires careful planning and skilled labour to ensure a successful end result that our clients are satisfied with. We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, exceptional customer service, and competitive pricing.

MEET OUR TEAM

Our team of skilled professionals has a combined 50 years of experience in the industry, and is ready to take on all your project needs to make your experience stress-free.

TAYLOR PRIOR

Owner & Operator

Taylor is the owner and operator of Prior Projects & Reno's. With 15 years of experience in construction, ranging from fencing and roofing to residential builds, he is a well-rounded contractor. Taylor has an eye for detail and always strives to deliver the highest standard for every project.

Taylor enjoys racing ATV MX, playing & coaching hockey, camping, golfing, and spending time with his family. With a household of girls, you can imagine he is kept just as busy off site as he is on!

COALTON

Lead Hand

Coalton has spent the last 15 years in construction that has taken him across Canada. From building low rise condominiums in Edmonton, to car wash builds across the GTA, Coalton has learned the ins and outs of nearly every facet of building.

When he’s not on site, Coalton can be found outdoors. Whether it’s with his family on the water, a hike with friends, playing road hockey or golfing, or casting a line in a northern lake, outdoors is where he’ll be!

RICKY

Labourer

Ricky has added his talent as a custom woodworker to our dynamic team at PPR since early 2022.

When he's not working, Ricky spends his weekends with his wife and daughter on the motocross track and camping. He has a passion for motocross and is training to win the championship. He also enjoys hunting, the outdoors, and heavy lifting - which is great for carrying heavy lumber on the site!

JUSTIN

Labourer

Justin has been with PPR since October 2022. With over 10 years of experience, he's a valuable member of our team.

He is married with a new baby and has a dog named Hatchet. Justin enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and dog. He loves being outdoors camping, kayaking, fishing, side-by-siding, and recently started working on his golf swing. However Justin's true passion lies in building things, which makes him a great fit with PPR.

HAYLEE

Labourer

Haylee started with the company as a cooperative placement in grade 11, having shown an interest in pursuing a career in building design. With PPR, Haylee has learned how to build a house from the ground up. Having done so well during her placement time, Haylee was brought on as an official member of the PPR team.

In her free time, Haylee plays hockey for Wingham and Lucknow, and enjoys farming.

PROUD SUPPORTER OF
OUR COMMUNITY

Prior Projects & Renos is committed to giving back to the community by supporting local businesses, schools and charities. We believe that it is important to invest in the communities where we live and work, and we are proud to support a variety of initiatives that promote education, health and wellness, and community development. Our company volunteers our time and resources to local organizations and events, and we are always looking for new ways to make a positive impact in our community.
